LaserTech International, Inc. warrants each toner cartridge to be free of defects on
both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
LaserTech cartridges have been remanufactured under stringent quality control
standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment
manufacturer. Each toner cartridge has been copy tested in our own laser printer - the
test pages are included with your toner cartridge.
LaserTech will, at it's option, replace the toner cartridge or refund the full purchase
price of any cartridge found to be defective.
LaserTech also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use
(including operation of printer equipment within specifications), our toner cartridges
will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printers.
If a defect in LaserTech's toner cartridge causes a printer to fail, LaserTech will
reimburse our customers for the full amount for all service and repair of the printer.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that
the printer failure was due in LaserTech's toner cartridge, including a written statement
on the service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company field sales or
service representative.
LaserTech's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as
provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, express
or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose.
